Mazaev Vladimir Aleksandrovich - President of the Association "Ryazan Banking House" since March 2001. Mazaev was born on August 8, 1961 in the village of Alexander Nevsky, Novoderevensky district, Ryazan region; graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management with a degree in "Organization of production management in the machine-building industry" in 1983, Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 1983-1990 Mazaev worked as a software engineer, head of the laboratory, head of the financial department of the Ryazan Machine Tool Plant. In 1990-1999 Mazaev was Chairman of the Management Board, President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prio-Vneshtorgbank (regional branch of Vneshtorgbank in Ryazan). In 1999-2001 Mazaev was Acting General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ryazan Machine Tool Plant; member of the Academy of Business Leaders and Administration (USA).
