Legal Capital Investor Services (LCPIS) is an independent project created by a highly professional team of lawyers and investment bankers for the purpose of representing the interests of bondholders and protecting their interests on public debt instruments.

For the first time in the history of the market, the company signed on behalf of the bondholders a pledge account agreement, a settlement agreement, an innovation agreement, a direct concession agreement and an inter-loan agreement. In addition, LCPIS has unique experience in advanced air defense functionality and performs all the functions of a pledgee, including transactions with complex collateral.
