Anyang Development Investment

Anyang Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. was established in December 2023 through the asset restructuring of Anyang Investment Group (registered in December 2009, whose predecessor was Anyang Municipal Construction Investment Co., Ltd. established on 31 October 2000). The company is the primary investment and financing platform of the Anyang Municipal Government positioned as an operator of commercial urban infrastructure investment and comprehensive urban services, organised under a "six plus two" strategic structure covering construction and development, urban operation and energy, financial trade, digital information, human resources, and hotel operation, with cumulative delivery of more than 130 key projects including Anyang Hongqiqu Airport and the Anyang High-Speed Rail Hub, holding an AA+ subject credit rating.
