The assets of the Fund may include only 1) blocked assets, 2) assets included in the Fund in the process of the sale (exchange) of blocked assets, 3) cash in rubles and foreign currency in accounts with Russian credit institutions and foreign banks, deposit certificates of Russian credit institutions and foreign banks, government securities of the Russian Federation and foreign states, claims to a credit institution to pay the cash equivalent of precious metals at the current exchange rate, 4) bonds of Russian legal entities with obligations related to bonds of foreign organizations (replacement bonds), 5) rights of claim from agreements concluded for the purposes of asset management, as well as other assets included for payments or the implementation of investment rights. Replacement bonds may be included in the Fund if the following conditions are met simultaneously: they are included in the Fund for no more than 3 (three) years from the date of their inclusion in its composition and are paid for at their placement with Eurobonds that were included in the Fund as of October 28, 2022, or with cash with the targeted use of the funds raised for the acquisition of the said Eurobonds.
