An index is calculated as the total volume of coupon defaults on Russian bonds. According to the rules of the Moscow Exchange, the default is the failure of the issuer to fulfill obligations on bonds, including exchange-traded bonds, in case of delay in fulfilling the obligation for a period of more than 10 working days (if a shorter period is not provided for by the issue documents) or refusal to fulfill the specified obligation.
