The index reflects the change in prices for all types of secondary market apartments at the end of the quarter to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Under all types of apartments, Rosstat categorizes low-quality apartments, mid-quality apartments (typical), improved quality, and elite apartments. Without exception for seasonality. Data are published between 40 to 50 days after the end of the period.
