Kioxia Holdings Sets Price Range for Up to 126 Billion Yen Tokyo IPO

Flash memory producer Kioxia Holdings (TYO:285A) has set a provisional range of 1,390 yen to 1,520 yen per share for its proposed initial public offering, according to new filings on the Japan Stock Exchange recently.Based on its public offering of newly issued shares of 21.6 million, secondary distribution (including placement by over-allotment) of 61.2 million, the IPO could raise up to 125.8 billion yen.Kioxia Holdings has been authorized to issue up to 2.07 billion shares. As of Nov. 22, it has 517.5 million shares in issue.At the time of listing, it will have 539.1 million shares issued, including treasury shares.The IPO, scheduled for Dec. 18, is set to be among the largest this year in Japan after the $2.3 billion debut of Tokyo Metro in October.Morgan Stanley, Nomura Holdings Inc and Bank of America Corp are the joint global coordinators of deal.
