In 2026, prices ranged from 40.95 USD/bbl. to 94.87 USD/bbl. with an average of 69.35 USD/bbl. In accordance with clause 3 of Art. 342 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1118-r dated 19.08.2002, data are posted on the official website economy.gov.ru to determine the Kc MET coefficient; the taxable price is calculated based on quotes from FOB Primorsk, FOB Novorossiysk and ESPO FOB Kozmino.
