The average price for natural gas during the tax period for supplies outside the single customs territory of the Customs Union from new offshore fields (MET NMM) for fields located on 50 percent or more of their area in the East Siberian, Chukchi, Bering, Japanese, Okhotsk, and Laptev Seas in accordance with art. 340.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 973 dated 09/23/2014 "On approval of the Calculation Rules..." the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia places the data on economy.gov.ru (section "Conjuncture of global commodity markets") for calculating the MET tax base for NMM.
